篮球名星

      

      Yao Ming didn't like basketball when he was a child.Like other boys,he liked toy guns and books,and showed an in terest in archaeology.He only thought of basketball as a game.

      Every time he made a few goals,his father rewarded him with some small gifts.When Yao Ming grew up,he once said jokingly,"At the very beginning,it was my father's 'briberies'that made me go on playing basketball."

      Yao Ming,once a tall boy who didn't like basketball,has grown up into a basketball star after many years' effort.

      姚明小时候并不喜欢打篮球。他跟其他男孩子一样，喜欢玩具枪，爱看书，对考古感兴趣。他把打篮球仅仅看做一项游戏。

      每次他投进几个球后，爸爸就奖给他小礼品。姚明长大后开玩笑地说：“刚开始，我是靠接受‘贿赂’才坚持打篮球的。”

      就是这样一位小时候不爱打篮球的大个子男孩儿，经过多年的努力，成了当今世界篮坛冉冉升起的巨星。
